Hassan was raised as the servants consume and emeer the son of the wealthy man. Hassan being the servants son was raised to serve Amir even persuasion they are a couple of years apart, Hassan is younger. Amir and Hassan go through difficult moments because of a bully named Ass ef from Amirs school. Amir being older than Hassan is a wimp that is eer being scared of Assef. Hassan being the loyal servant/friend of Amir is willing to do anything in order to take hold Amir. Baba always has considered his son as a type of pip-squeak that is like a loser/loner. Amirs post changes drastically when Assef rapes Hassan.
